Hans Bjellum M.D.
Dr. Hans Bjellum is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. He graduated from the University Of North Dakota School Of Medicine and completed his residency at UND Family Medicine Residency in Fargo. After residency he practiced the full range of Family Medicine in Central Minnesota for over 8 years. Dr. Bjellum is now accepting Family Medicine patients at the 7-Day Clinic Osgood location. His interests include athletics, riding motorcycle, skiing, and spending time with his family.

Michael Page M.D.
Dr. Michael Page is a board certified Family Medicine Physician. His undergraduate studies were completed at Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota. He then attended University of North Dakota School of Medicine in Grand Forks, ND. Dr. Page then completed a Family Medicine residency at the University of North Dakota Family Medicine Residency in Minot, ND. He practices full time at the Carrington Health Center in Carrington, ND and part time with 7-Day Clinic in Fargo. Dr. Page and his wife Kristee live in Carrington, ND where they are busy with the activities of their 5 children. Dr. Page enjoys rural medicine, athletics, reading, and family activities.

Amy Ratajaczak PA-C
Ms. Ratajczak is a board certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). Amy Ratajczak was born and raised in Moorhead, MN. She attended Concordia College, Moorhead, and graduated in 1999 with a B. A. degree in Biology. She attended Des Moines University where she completed her training in Physician Assistant studies in 2003. Amy is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) to practice as a physician assistant. Her supervising Physician is Dr. Hans Bjellum. Ms. Ratajczak is married and has 4 children. She enjoys spending time with her family, scrap booking, reading, and going for long walks.  Amy practices primarily at the 7-Day Clinic South Fargo location.

Brenda Rick FNP-C

Ms. Rick is a certified Nurse Practitioner.  She completed her undergraduate studies at WInona State University in Winona, Minnesota.  She completed her graduate studies at SDSU in Brookings, South Dakota.  Brenda enjoys working in women's health, pediatrics, and primary care and prevention.  Her interests include golfing with her husband Mike, spending time with her three children and one grandchild, and riding her  motorcycle.  Brenda practices primarily at the 7-Day Clinic Osgood location.

Bobbi Solberg FNP-C
Ms. Bobbi Solberg is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner(C-FNP). Ms. Solberg was born and raised in Fargo, ND. She received her B.A. degree in Nursing from Jamestown College and her M.S. Nurse Practitioner degree from NDSU in 2008. Her certifying board is the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Ms. Solberg enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and watching her son’s sporting events. Ms. Solberg sees patients primarily at the 7-Day Clinic Moorhead location.

Joseph A. Mohr PA-C
Mr. Mohr is a Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) specializing in Family Medicine. Mr. Mohr was born and raised in Moorhead, MN. He graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, Des Moines, IA in 1988. He has practiced Family Medicine in the Detroit Lakes area of MN for the last 20 years. Mr. Mohr has been an active member of the United States Army Reserves for over 22 years. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and registered with the Minnesota State Board of Medical Practice. Mr. Mohr’s supervising Physician is Dr. Hans Bjellum. Mr. Mohr enjoys outdoor activities, and High School Sporting events. Mr. Mohr practices at the Detroit Lakes 7-Day Clinic location.

June Lee FNP-C
June Lee is a certified Nurse Practitioner. She was born and raised in North Dakota. She began her nursing career in 1966 as an LPN. In 1992, June earned her BSN in nursing through the Tri-College University Nursing Consortium at NDSU, Fargo. She then completed her Master’s Degree through the Tri-College at Moorhead State University, Moorhead, MN, in 2004. June is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses’ Credentialing Center (ANCC). In her spare time, June is an avid reader, enjoys quilting, as well as being a wife to Gary for over 40 years. Together they have four grown children and were recently blessed with grandchildren. Ms. Lee practices primarily at the 7-Day Clinic Moorhead location.

 Leslie Worrel PA-C

 Ms. Worrel is a board certified Physician's Assistant.  She was raised near LaMoure, ND and attended undergraduate school at Valley City Sate University. She received her Master's degree in Physician's Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon.  During her free time Leslie enjoys hunting, golfing, softball, coaching basketball.  She also enjoys spending time with friends and family and playing with her very spoiled yellow lab.  Ms. Worrel primarily sees patients at the South Fargo and Osgood 7-Day Clinic locations.  

Tosha Bayer FNP-B

Ms. Bayer is originally from Bismarck, ND. She attended undergraduate school at the MedCenter One College of Nursing in Bismarck where she received her Bachelor of Nursing Science and Registered Nurse degrees.  She attended graduate school at NDSU where she received her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner degrees.  Her certifying board is the American Nurses' Credentialing Center (ANCC). Tosha has one son, two nieces, and one nephew.  She enjoys spending time with family and outdoor activities such as camping, swimming, and biking.  Ms. Bayer sees patients primarily at the South Fargo 7-Day Clinic location.

Amy Allard FNP-C

Ms. Allard is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She was born and raised in Bottineau, ND and currently resides in West Fargo, ND.  She received her Bachelor's in the Art of Nursing from Jamestown College and her Master's degree from NDSU.  Her certifying board is the ANCC.  She enjoys working in women's health, diabetic management, and primary care and prevention.  In her spare time she enjoys the lakes, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.  Amy sees patients primarily at the 7-Day Clinic Moorhead and Detroit Lakes locations.

Marilyn Ek FNP-C

Ms. Ek is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  She was born in Belcourt, ND and currently resides with her family in Grafton, ND.  She received her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from UND in 1987 and her Master's degree in 2000.  She also attended the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis from 2000-2002.  Her certifying board is the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).  Mrs. Ek enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and riding motorcyle with her husband Phal.  Marilyn sees patients primarily at the 7-Day Clinic Moorhead and South Fargo locations.

Karl Bjellum RN, BSN, CST

Mr. Bjellum holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing and he is currently pursuing his Master's of Nursing Degree.  He has 15 years of experience in the medical field including work as an EMT, Surgical Technologist, Surgical Nurse, Hospital Floor Nurse, ICU Nurse, Flight Nurse, and Nurse Manager at several facilities including Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.  His personal interests include running, traveling, and spending time with his wife and four children. Currently, Karl is providing aesthetic services for 7-Day Clinic.  Those services include Botox, Juvederm, and Latisse.  Karl practices aesthetics by appointment at all of the 7-Day Clinic locations.
